1. Cancellation Policies
We understand the importance of creating a clear and consistent cancellation policy for retreats, simplifying what can often be a complex process.
Instead of multiple, conflicting policies, we offer four clear options that apply to all retreats booked on our site, with three standardized policies and one custom option. We encourage hosts to choose one of the standardized policies to keep things simple for our guests, though we recognize the need for flexibility.
2. Available Cancellation Policies
Free Policy
- 100% deposit refund for cancellation made 1+ days before the retreat start date.
- Remaining balance due upon arrival.
- If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to the day before the retreat start date.

Flexible Policy
- 100% deposit refund for cancellations 30+ days before the retreat start date.
- 50% deposit refund for cancellations 15-29 days before the retreat start date.
- 0% deposit refund for cancellations 0-14 days before the retreat start date.
- Remaining balance due upon arrival.
If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to the day before the retreat start date.

Moderate Policy
- 100% deposit refund for cancellations 60+ days before the retreat start date.
- 50% deposit refund for cancellations 30-59 days before the retreat start date.
- 0% deposit refund for cancellations 0-29 days before the retreat start date.
- Remaining balance due 30 days before the retreat start date.
- If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to 30 days before the retreat start date.
- If canceled within 0-29 days, the remaining balance is non-refundable.

Custom Policy
- Created by the retreat host to allow for unique considerations.
- Detailed information is provided in the booking summary for any custom policies.
3. Important Information
Each retreat will clearly specify its chosen cancellation policy. Before booking, we recommend you review the policy to ensure it aligns with your needs.
If unforeseen events prevent you from attending, please cancel as soon as possible. We also encourage reaching out to the retreat organizer as a courtesy. Our team will notify the organizer of your cancellation.
4. Our Commitment
Our goal is to make the booking process smooth and stress-free while honoring the needs of those organizing these unique experiences.
To cancel your booking:
- Log in and click your name in the top-right corner.
- Select My Trips.
- Choose the retreat and click Summary.
- Review the cancellation policy for your booking.
- Click Cancel and confirm by selecting “I’d like to cancel.”
5. Cancellation Disputes
If any issues arise, disputes must be reported within 24 hours. We may offer mediation if needed and retain the final say in disputes. Our first suggestion is to resolve any issues through open communication, understanding, and compassion.
